Connection

USB is recommended for the lowest latency (5-10ms). Use Bluetooth (15-20ms latency) when you need wireless freedom. Both work well for most use cases, but USB is preferred for critical live performances.
Make sure your keyboard is powered on. Check that the USB cable is properly connected. Try a different USB cable if available. Restart both the app and your keyboard. If using Bluetooth, ensure your adapter is charged and in pairing mode.
Connection drops are usually caused by faulty cables or Bluetooth interference. Try a different USB cable. If using Bluetooth, move closer to the adapter and away from other wireless devices. The app automatically attempts to reconnect when a connection is lost.
The app works with standard BLE MIDI adapters including CME WIDI Master, Yamaha MD-BT01, Quicco mi.1, and similar devices. Connect the adapter to your keyboard's MIDI IN/OUT ports.
